Welcome to my page. My name is Michelle Kaye, and I am a Business Travel Counsellor based in Johannesburg although I handle clients from anywhere.

I have been in the travel industry for 26 years and have vast experience in corporate travel. I have a Cotac 1 Travel Diploma, have done numerous fares courses, Galileo, Amadeus, service-oriented courses, Level 5 National Diploma in Retail Travel through THETA and most recently qualified as a Certified Travel Advisor by ASATA (Association of Southern African Travel Agents). I have also received extensive training on Travel Counsellors booking system, contact centre and ground breaking dynamic packaging system, Phenix.

Over the years, I have dealt with multiple Blue Chip accounts. Every day in the corporate travel industry is different, as a corporate Travel Counsellor, I always keep abreast of what is happening around the world that may affect my travellers at any given time. Travel Counsellors are resilient, resourceful and think out of the box to obtain a positive outcome for our clients.
