My name is Cindy Ribton, I am a Business Travel Counsellor based in Velddrif, but I have clients based in many parts of Cape Town and I am not limited to servicing only certain areas. It is not a problem to meet in central Cape Town if required or another areas on the West Coast and around Cape Town.

I have been in the travel industry for 26 years and I have always dealt with both Leisure and Corporate Travel. All my years in travel so far have been in a ticketing office which has allowed me to gain an enormous amount of knowledge when it comes to fares and assisting with ticket changes.

I am qualified to work on the Galileo GDS system. I have airline fares certificates and I also have my Standard and Advanced IATA UFTAA certificates which I achieved via IATA in Geneva.

Over the years I have learnt to deal with assisting clients in all travel situations and I understand how important problem solving at short notice is to clients who are travelling or who need assistance to book a last minute trip.
