My name is Alta Lötter and I’m a Business Travel Counsellor based in Centurion, but able to assist clients far and wide. I have a B.Com degree in Tourism Management. Travel related short courses that I have completed include SAA Fares & Ticketing 1 & 2, Cotac – Tourism 1, Galileo, Worldspan and Amadeus. I recently completed a Diploma in Sales Management from Varsity College as well as a Programme in Advanced Marketing Management from UNISA Centre for Business Management.
My career started in 2000, I have worked in both retail & wholesale travel. I have visited many destinations including: United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Greece, Turkey, Egypt, Australia and Mauritius.

I am available outside normal office hours and I’m therefore able to assist with last minute flight changes or other emergencies. I have access to a ground-breaking dynamic packaging system, which provides me access to over 70, 000 hotels worldwide with live availability and excellent rates. In addition I have 1200 colleagues in 6 countries across the globe that can provide valuable ‘local’ information should I need their assistance.
Travel Counsellors is a level 2 B-BBEE contributor and is a member of IATA. My head office provides me with excellent back up and support, and takes care of administration, leaving me with more time to focus on your travel requirements.
I offer a 1-stop shop, providing flights, accommodation, car rental, transfers, travel insurance, visa assistance and foreign exchange. Finding the best flight option is my priority, not only the best available fare, but taking time constraints and frequent flyer memberships into account. I believe in carefully choosing the best located hotel for corporate travellers, ensuring easy access to meetings, conference venues or places of interest. The corporate traveller needs to know s/he will stay in comfortable surroundings in a well priced hotel that suits his/her company’s budget.
